Mobile upload uses a labelled native file input and submits into staff review.

Upload success sends the file for staff review. It is not approval and does not release access.

Replacement needed

Accepted formats: PDF, JPG and PNG. Mobile camera upload remains a native file input, not drag-and-drop only.
